FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All our shipments are free within the Peninsula. If you are outside Spain, enter your address when you start the purchase process and the shipping cost will be calculated.
The estimated delivery time to the Peninsula is approximately 3 working days .
Once you have made your purchase you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return and/or exchange your order.
HOW DO I GIVE BACK?
You must send an email to [email protected] explaining the reason for the return and we will tell you how to proceed. You can return the product by delivering it to a courier that we will send to your home or by sending it to the address that we will indicate. We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will refund the amount of the product by the same method you made the payment and within 30 days from the date on which we send you the email confirming that the refund proceeds.
HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE?
You must send an email to [email protected] informing the product you want to change and for which one, in our answer we will tell you how to proceed. You can return the product you wish to exchange by delivering it to a courier that we will send to your home and who will deliver the new product you have chosen. You will be charged or refunded the difference in cost between one and the other.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?
You must send an email to [email protected] where we will tell you how to proceed. You can return the product by delivering it to a courier that we will send to your home or by sending it to the address that we will indicate. We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will refund the price of the product by the same method that you made the payment and within 30 days from the date on which we send you the email confirming that the refund proceeds.
The amounts paid for those products that are returned because of a defect or defect, when it really exists, will be refunded in full, including shipping costs (if the shipment is outside the Peninsula) as well as the costs you have had to return it to us.
