FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All our shipments are free within the Iberian Peninsula. If you are outside the Iberian Peninsula, enter your address when starting the checkout process and the shipping cost will be calculated.
The estimated delivery time in the Peninsula is approximately 3 business days .
Once you have made your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return and/or exchange your order.
HOW DO I RETURN IT?
You must send an email to musula@musula.com explaining the reason for the return, and we will tell you how to proceed. You can return the product by handing it to a courier we will send to your home or by sending it to the address we provide. We will carefully examine the returned product and refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used, within 30 days of the date we send you the email confirming the refund.
HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE?
You must send an email to musula@musula.com Inform us which product you wish to exchange and which one you want, and we will reply with instructions on how to proceed. You can return the product you wish to exchange by handing it to a courier we will send to your address, who will then deliver the new product you have chosen. You will be charged or refunded the difference in price between the two products.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?
You must send an email to musula@musula.com where we will explain the procedure. You can return the product by handing it to a courier we will send to your home or by sending it to the address we provide. We will carefully examine the returned product and refund the price of the product using the same payment method you used, within 30 days of the date we send you the email confirming that the refund has been processed.
The amounts paid for products that are returned due to a fault or defect, when such a fault actually exists, will be fully refunded, including shipping costs (if the shipment is outside the Peninsula) as well as the costs you have incurred to return it to us.
