Refund policy

ou may return the product by delivering it to a courier that we will send to your home, or by shipping it to the address indicated on the receipt you will receive with the product upon delivery.

We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by email within a reasonable period whether a refund or a replacement (if applicable) is due. The refund or replacement of the item will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that a refund or replacement for the non-conforming item is due.

The amounts paid for products returned due to any flaw or defect, when such defect actually exists, will be refunded in full, including the delivery charges incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs incurred by you to return it to us. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.
